Runner / Personal Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Entertainment Staffing Agency is looking for a Runner / Personal Assistant for our client, a high-profile individual. This position is an in-person role working out of a home office, it is not remote. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. Previous experience is needed. A valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable car are also requirements for this role.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Running errands

• Gift buying and handling exchanges

• Interacting with business partners, family and home staff

• Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience as Runner / Personal Assistant / Customer Service background

• Interest / knowledge of fashion is preferred

• Personable and professional positive attitude

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills

• Discretion with confidential information

• A team player mindset

• Can do attitude

• No job too small or too big mentality

• Organized and calm under pressure

• Punctual

• PC/MAC savvy

• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, as well as with outside high-profile executives

• Excellent references are required

• Valid driver license, car insurance and dependable car

Salary:

Up to $65K DOE
