Receptionist/Personal Assistant

uccessful Production Company located in the Playa Vista area seeks a full-time Receptionist/Personal Assistant. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting high-profile clients, and managing the front desk, as well as various personal errands for busy Producer. Other duties include maintaining the kitchen and office supply inventories, running errands as needed and general tidying up around the office. Must be a dog lover as the position involves caring for the company dog(s) during business hours. This is a great entry-level position and an opportunity to enter the entertainment industry. We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, organized, dependable and detail-oriented. You must have a reliable car, a valid driver's license and current insurance.

This position will require the selected applicant to be at the office daily.
