Familiarity with commercial production a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITES:
The following responsibilities include but are not limited to….
• Answering phones
• Coordinating conference calls
• Tracking and ordering supplies
• Overseeing conference rooms
• General administrative tasks
• Interacting with high-level clientele
• Some office management and general building management
