Staffing Agency is looking for a temp / temp to hire Receptionist & Office Assistant for their client, a top talent agency. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles and must have previous experience on a busy Reception Desk. Agency and Marketing experience is highly preferred.
Duties included but not limited to:
-Answer busy phones, screen, transfer calls, and log calls
-Greet clients, guests, and other visitors
-Managing busy multiple calendars, scheduling appointments, and making reservations
-Maintain and update business contact logs
-General office and administrative duties, filing, submittals, archiving, data entry, etc.
-Receiving, sorting mail, and shipping packages
-Composing emails, documents, pitches, memos, etc.
-Other duties and special projects as needed
Skills and requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Must have prior experience working on Reception Desk (Internships are counted)
-Previous Agency and Marketing experience is highly preferred
-PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Detail oriented, professional, and friendly outgoing personality
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent professional references

$21.00 / hour as a temp
