Entertainment Staffing Agency is looking for a Temp/Temp to hire Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for their client a top entertainment company. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles and must have previous experience on a Reception Desk.
Duties included but not limited to:
•Answering multi line phone system, logging calls, transferring to proper parties, and taking messages
•Welcome guests, visitors, and clients
•Managing busy multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments, and making reservations
•Keeping a log of business contacts
•Data entry
•Tracking email correspondence
•General office duties, scanning, filing, archiving and other administrative duties
•Receipt and shipping of packages and mail
•Scanning, filing, archiving and other administrative duties
•Drafting emails, documents, and memos
•Special projects and other duties as needed
Skills and requirements:
•Bachelor's degree
•Must have prior experience working on Reception Desk (Internships are counted)
•Highly Proficient in PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
•Tech savvy
•Accurate and have a strong attention to detail
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
•Professional and polished
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent references
Salary: $20.00 / hour as a Temp
