Requirements -
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Excellent problem-solving, time management, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Creative thinking and willingness to contribute and execute new ideas
* Ability to work well with talent, managers, producers, agents, studio executives, stylists, and photographers
* Ability to coordinate and travel with talent, as well as covering local red-carpet events
* Strong writing skills (in preparation of pitches, talent biographies, press releases, tip sheets, and itineraries).
Duties include: positioning pitches; booking and coordinating print interviews, talk show appearances, photo shoots, set visits, editor meetings, and press junkets; new media initiatives; tracking and reporting coverage; preparing EPKs; and other press-related functions.
Must have strong relationships with television and entertainment press outlets.
Qualifications -
* 1-3 years experience at an agency
* Working knowledge of social media channels
* Proficiency with Mac OS, Cision, Celebrity Intelligence
* Bachelor's degree
