Project Manager Television, Streaming Content and Film post production facility with domestic and international service platforms is seeking experienced Project Managers to service Unscripted, Documentary, Film and Digital Media clients and manage Localization and Versioning accounts.
Responsibilities
• End to end client contact for scheduling and overall project management of Post Production finishing and deliverable services.
• Input, update and follow up with Audio / Video / Mastering / Localization / Versioning and outside service vendors services into ScheduAll system.
• Offer solutions and process improvement ideas to increase departmental efficiencies and provide the highest level of client service quality possible.
• Electronic and paper work order preparation, retrieval and actualization.
• Job close out paperwork preparation, organization and delivery to accounting.
• Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships through service.
• Be a team player.
Requirements
• Experience with post production finishing services including sound, picture and mastering.
• Experience with unscripted, scripted and film workflows
• Knowledge of localization, versioning and QC servicing workflows.
• Knowledge/Experience with ScheduALL facility management software a plus.
• Understanding of network, streaming, and studio delivery specifications and requirements.
• Understanding of tape and file based formats and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and personality as it relates to both clients and staff.
• Understanding of facility etiquette with clients and staff.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must maintain a solutions oriented mindset and focus in fast paced/high pressure situations.
• Must maintain a willingness to learn from others as well as sharing knowledge with staff/team members.
• Willing to accept reasonability and accountability.
• Ability to recognize and communicate processes improvement ideas to management and help the department and company move forward.
• See yourself as an overall service oriented person.
• Mac and PC Proficient a plus
• ScheduALL Knowledge and experience a plus
• Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient
