Job Title: Project Manager
Position Summary: The person we are looking for must have excellent project management skills, knowledge of digital media workflows, work well in a team environment, can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator - both internally and to our customers.
Requires accurate, methodical approach to creating work orders and exceptional customer service. Ability to focus and pay close attention to detail in a high volume, and fast paced environment is a must. In house training will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Understanding client needs and processing orders in our proprietary management system.
Manage projects with the production team, ensuring tasks are completed.
Proactively identifying and address any issues
Keep the client informed of the delivery timeline.
Escalate client concerns when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
Gather information and consult on billing process with finance dept.
Send and receive a large volume of emails to and from clients, internal departments and external vendors
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Individual must be energetic, detail-oriented, focused, and able to communicate effectively. A strong background and understanding of customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively communicate needs and requirements between numerous parties. The ability to work within deadlines, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and client satisfaction. Willingness to take ownership of projects and work independently with a solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to work well with peers, make sound decisions, and appropriately respond to difficult situations. Solid computer skills (PC and Mac) are required. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, and entire Google suite is a must. Knowledge of XML, and post production workflows are a plus.
Individual will work in a multimedia production environment requiring little to no physical labor. Degree in computer science or programming, electronics or A/V technology related field or equivalent experience preferred, not necessary.
Salary: Salary based on experience, 401k and good benefits.
