Production Studio Assistant

Candidates MUST have:

The primary day-to-day job duties include administrative work, taking calls, answering emails promptly, preparing multiple studios before clients arrive, cleaning, equipment rental, and other maintenance tasks.

In addition to these we are looking for someone with:
-Very Flexible Schedule with availability to work on short notice. Mon-Sun, with an ability to stay longer on workdays with short notice.
-Social Media Savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) posting content, engaging audience creating paid ads.
-Software experience with Adobe CC
-Excellent customer service, and an affinity to help clients. Ability to prioritize among a busy schedule with multiple tasks.

-Strong communication skills(professional and through email communication, making phone calls, being attentive to client's needs, able to speak clearly and tactfully)
-Knowledge of grip/lighting, photo/video equipment
-Recent college graduates are welcome
