A weekly late night talk show on Discovery is looking for a Production Manager with heavy emphasis on logistics and coordination for field shoots, scripted comedic cold opens and in-studio material. PMs with logistics and detail-heavy reality show experience sought.
His or her responsibilities will include:
• Taking the lead on logistics, scheduling and production needs for assigned cold opens, field shoots and in-studio shoots.
• Helping find and secure locations, props, costumes and any details needed for the successful completion of the cold open, field shoot or on-set shoot.
• Insuring location paperwork, insurance paperwork, etc. are completed.
• Other Production Management-related tasks as needed, including organizing travel, sourcing equipment, obtaining permits, generating call sheets, etc.
Start date is May 24 and goes for approximately 13 weeks.
