Production Coordinator - Live Event

Hollywood Toy & Costume (6600 Hollywood Blvd) is producing a walk through Haunted House maze open during October and we are producing the event for them.

We are looking for a production coordinator to be the Haunted House operations manager, working for the producer of the event. As experienced producers, we feel all the skills and responsibility of a good field/office coordinator will translate seamlessly into this position.

The position will include, casting for scare-actors, hiring carpenters & commercial electricians, working with producers on creative elements, ordering equipment, hiring makeup artists and the many other small elements that go into a live event.
