Role Overview
This position supports all departments, with a primary focus on production coordination, project management, and assistant engineering. You will work closely with our lead engineer, helping prepare and run sessions, manage assets, and support technical and administrative needs across projects.
Candidates should arrive with baseline audio engineering knowledge and a strong interest in growing their technical skills while learning the business side of music and audio production.
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling and coordinating client calls, sessions, and meetings
Assisting the lead engineer during recording, editing, and mix sessions
Setting up sessions, managing Pro Tools sessions, and organizing audio assets
Preparing, posting, and emailing presentations and materials to clients and collaborators
Supporting the production and billing teams with paperwork and administrative tasks
Helping maintain studio organization, signal flow readiness, and general upkeep
Required Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of audio engineering concepts and studio workflows
Working familiarity with Pro Tools (or comparable DAWs)
Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients
Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
