The Production Coordinator, Animation provides production and administrative support to Production Managers and Producers as assigned and is responsible for operational tasks associated with the production of assigned animated television series and projects.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production role
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be organized and able to multitask in busy production office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good proof-reading skills
• Ability to work independently
• Sensitive to confidentiality
• Must be detail-oriented
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide full administrative support for assigned project teams, including booking travel, processing expense reports and maintaining project outlook calendars.
• Support Production Managers in production accounting by raising and tracking PO's, tracking and processing invoices, and processing departmental expense reports.
• Assist Production Managers to download, file, maintain, and track of all series deliveries. Distribute materials to internal team and external vendors including but not limited to record studio and animation studios.
• Assist Production Managers to create and maintain production systems for tracking and management including script breakdowns, storyboard breakdowns, call sheets, and pickup and ADR lists as needed.
• Assist Production Managers in the managing of established schedules through planning, coordination, research and troubleshooting, to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate logistics and schedule meetings for the Creative and Production team, including the coordination of necessary materials and catering needs.
• Assist Production Managers in contract management by processing contract requests, tracking and filing fully executed agreements and helping to obtain necessary back up documentation.
• Act as Production Team liaison in the coordination of all materials required in the submission for various industry awards.
• Research and book travel arrangements, as required.
• Help to maintain production files, schedule boards and production books for production team.
• Help to maintain project distribution and approvals documents and project contact lists.
• As necessary, provide production support for projects in development.
