Title: Production Assistant (with Growth Toward Coordinator Role)

We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and excited to be part of a fast-paced, small team working on a hit web series.

This role starts as a Production Assistant, but it's ideal for someone ambitious who wants to grow into a Production Coordinator-type role. You'll play a key part in keeping our shoots running smoothly, working directly with the showrunners (us!) on logistics, communication, and set operations.

What you'll do:
• Create and send call sheets
• Track schedules across prep, production, and post
• Coordinate with assistant editors and cast
• Handle crafty and production design runs
• Help manage the schedule on set and assist the director
• Offload and back up footage (DIT), organize files, upload proxies
• Anticipate needs and take initiative to keep everything on track

You'll boom op or script supe one day and coordinate parking and bathrooms the next. It's a hands-on job, perfect for someone who wants to learn everything about how a production really works.

Rate: $17/hour
Location: LA-based (must be local)
