Responsibilities:
• Managing bi-weekly payroll processing (electronic time card submission, calculating OT, checking completeness of payroll start forms and enforcing deadlines)
• Entering invoices and issuing checks
• Managing petty cash floats distribution and PCard deposits
• Auditing and entering expense reports for Petty Cash and PCard statements
• Setting up and maintaining vendors files, expense reports and employees files
• Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Assisting Line Producers with re-coding of actuals and updating ETC for production cost reports.
• Assisting Director of Finance as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to process a large volume of paperwork, prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
• TV production experience in multiple episodic series, simultaneously in production, a plus
• Good Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Production Accounting Software a plus (Media Services Mediaweb, Entertainment Party Vista, Cast & Crew PSL)
