About the Role
Charlotte-based production company with national & international sports, documentary, podcast, and branded content experience seeking a dynamic Producer to lead the day-to-day execution for a new client account, overseeing creative development, production workflows, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, brand strategy, and commerce.
As the primary point of contact for this client, you'll ensure that every piece of content delivers on three critical pillars:
Authority - Positioning the client as a trusted voice in their category
Growth - Driving measurable e-commerce sales through engaging, high-conversion content
Insights - Capturing and leveraging data to continuously optimize performance
Key Responsibilities:
Account Leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and company
• Translate client goals into actionable production plans
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Content Production
• Manage concept-to-delivery workflows for recurring shows, short-form, and long-form formats
• Coordinate shoots, talent, locations, and post-production resources
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and quality standards are met in every deliverable
Strategic Execution
• Align content with e-commerce and funnel objectives
• Implement shoppable video and direct-to-product integrations
• Work closely with marketing teams to sync launches with promotions
Data & Optimization
• Monitor performance metrics (viewership, CTR, conversions)
• Work with analytics teams to refine targeting and content strategy
• Use insights to develop iterative creative improvements
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience producing branded or digital content
Proven track record managing client accounts and multi-format productions
Strong understanding of content-to-commerce strategy and KPIs
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Comfort with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, GA4, Shopify, etc.) a plus
Industry knowledge in lifestyle, sports, or outdoor/tactical categories preferred
