Producer to Digital Creator

OVERVIEW: This producer position will be joining an already existing producorial team. This position will be the sole point for the creator's main website as well as their non-profit program. They will be responsible for executing production projects, building production schedule management, campaign coordination, office management among additional items. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion, adhere to company's confidentiality policy and work collaboratively with business leaders. The ideal candidate can anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions. The candidate will have the ability to effectively navigate various social media platforms, as well as expertly handle the shifting needs and demands. This role will primarily be remote and done virtually.
-Social media management on multiple platforms
-Website development and upkeep
-Optimizing to the highest capability to ensure brand growth consistency
-Manage heavy email communications
-Stay up to date on industry trends and implement as appropriately to the brand
-Communication with the audience in regard to site issues as well as keeping them updated on progressions with the non-profit. Respond to any questions to clarify the role of both.
-Affinity towards non-profit work a huge plus
-Social media management experience a plus
-Efficiency in Wix and website management
-Photoshop, proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, at Canva at minimum
-Photography skills, ability to conduct photoshoots when necessary
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel primarily
-Ability and willingness to travel when necessary
