Producer for Digital Creator
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and creative Producer to join a fast-growing digital creator's team in Chicago. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a love for all things news and politics, and has a basic understanding of physical production workflows. Experience in production and digital content creation is a plus but not a requirement. We're also open to hiring current college students.

Rate: To be negotiated based on experience.

Hours: 6 hour shoot days (with 2-3 shoots per week)

Location: Chicago. This is an in person position, remote candidates will not be considered.

Duties:
- Oversee the planning and execution of video shoots and content releases
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and production workflows
- Coordinate with talent, crew, and collaborators

- Help brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with the creator's brand
- Keep everything running smoothly-on time, on budget, and on point

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in digital content production (YouTube, TikTok, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Chicago-based (or able to be on-site regularly)
- Comfortable working behind the scenes and owning the logistics
