WE ARE SEEKING a Full-time Print Agent for an established modeling agency based in Los Angeles.

We are a model and talent agency, boutique in size, our very experienced team focuses on a select number of models and talent and their individual career paths. We strive to be ahead of the curve and only represent the top up-and-coming talent in Los Angeles and across the nation.

REQUIREMENTS:
PLEASE DO NOT APLY IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN AN AGENT BEFORE.
AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A PRINT AGENT in the entertainment industry as it relates to models and talent including previous booking agent experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Ability to scout and find new faces.
Previous client relationships.
Individuals must be organized and have excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc
Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Booker
Scout new faces
Assist in talent management and strategizing
Weekly check-ins
Client outreach
Attend events

SALARY:
Base salary (based on experience) plus commission.

SCHEDULE:
In office five days a week in our downtown Los Angeles office.
