PR and Brand Agent

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial PR / Brand Agents to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for self-starters who thrive in entertainment, media, and brand partnerships. Agents will be responsible for generating new client relationships and securing brand deals, earning a percentage from deals they close.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients, including brands, talent, and organizations in entertainment and pop culture.
• Pitch and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the company to ensure brand deals are executed successfully.
• Track and report all deals and commissions transparently.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in entertainment, media, PR, or marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads, pitch clients, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Applicants with established roster of clients or brands will be preferred.
