We are a leading provider of media production technology and operations solutions, delivering services across the full content lifecycle-from acquisition to distribution. Our team supports a wide range of creative professionals and content owners by offering tailored solutions that include engineering, integration (both cloud and on-premises), training, support, and managed services.
We are looking for a Post Production Supervisor. This role serves as the primary liaison for post-production needs for one of our major clients. Based on site at the client's post-production facility in Sunnyvale, CA, the role is responsible for establishing post-production best practices, maintaining infrastructure, and occasionally contributing as a hands-on editor on internal projects. With deep experience in video editing, this person will assemble and refine content to support a variety of initiatives.
For large-scale events or complex projects involving multiple editors, this individual takes on a leadership role, ensuring that work meets specifications and is delivered on time.
This is a full-time, onsite role, based in Sunnyvale, CA. The role requires a regular presence in the office three days a week, and up to five days per week during peak production periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Production Oversight:
• Collaborate with internal leads to develop and document post-production standards
-Evaluate and select external post vendors based on project needs
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables from external partners
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to optimize workflows and identify cost efficiencies
• Implement project coordination systems to ensure smooth communication and high-quality output across multi-vendor efforts
Video Editing:
• Edit footage from scripted or unscripted content into polished final videos
• Collaborate on brainstorming and creative ideation sessions
• Apply light color correction and sound design
• Modify or create simple motion graphics using After Effects
• Create YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop templates as needed
• Proactively communicate any issues with footage or project execution
• Ensure edits meet quality standards and deadlines
• Organize project files for seamless collaboration and handoffs
• Participate in regular team discussions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in video post-production
• Familiarity with related disciplines such as motion graphics, audio post, and color
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Broadcasting, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace and on macOS systems
• Experience with post-review platforms (e.g., Frame.io) and media asset management systems (e.g., Iconik)
