POST PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Looking for an unscripted / reality series Post Production Supervisor with experience working on a series with a quick turn around from shoot to air.
Must show close attention to detail, able to multi-task and handle numerous changes under tight deadlines with excellent time management skills.
Creating workflow and schedule for a reality series with a quick turn around- shoots then airs the following week.
Oversee all aspects of the post process; including schedules and/or attending all post-related meetings and sessions, assemblies, edits, locks, spots, reviews, mixes, color corrections, and QC's.
Hire and schedule Post Management Team and Edit team.
Well versed in union rules.
Notate, budget, and track all creative and technical retakes called by producers
Ensures that the scheduling and budgetary goals of post procedures are followed and alerts the show producers and post executives of any problems/concerns that may cause the production to miss delivery/air dates or to fall outside of the post-budget or schedule.
Work closely with showrunners/creators, producers, network execs, production & post staff,
Responsible for coordinating the generation and completion of all post elements and ensuring delivery.
Responsible for keeping up to date on current and emerging technologies for Post Production processes and delivery.
Report to EIC and Head of Production.
Have Knowledge of:
Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc)
Covid compliance course a plus
