Post Production Scheduling Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Video/Audio Post Production facility seeking Scheduling Coordinator/Assistant to manage video and audio finishing work. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of files and media assets on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage video and audio finishing work on feature doc and unscripted television projects
Schedule video, audio and deliverables work for assigned accounts
Track projects and manage media using spreadsheets and scheduling software
Maintain oversight of projects (via email after hours and weekends if necessary)
Create and maintain project documentation and workflow
Provide the highest level service to our clients while working well with fellow team members

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as post coordinator, post supervisor or deliverables assist
Strong organizational, budget and project management skills
Ability to schedule multiple projects and work under deadlines
Familiarity with Avid, Premiere and Resolve projects a plus
Experience with Excel, Word and Google docs
Understanding of various file formats and codecs including Pro Res, H.264, MP4, .wav, etc.
Strong customer/client and team member skills
Flexible schedule
Willingness to learn and cultivate technical aptitude in step with industry changes
