This is a Full Time Job
Post Production P.A. needed. This is an entry level position, so past experience is not crucial. What is crucial is a love of all things post, including computers, networking, Resolve, Avid, Premiere, Protools and After F/X.
The duties of the Post Production P.A. is to do runs around town, picking up lunch and going to the store, so you must have a car with insurance and a valid drivers license. Duties also include helping around the office doing the most menial of tasks including cleaning up and ensuring all the clients and employees are happy. It's not a glamorous position at all, but it's a foot in the door at a full fledged post facility that believes strongly in promoting from within. This position leads to an Assistant Editor position, and eventually Editor.
If you love computers and post production, and have a strong desire to eventually become a colorist/editor/VFX artist, this job is for you.
