Post Production Coordinator for Microdramas (Verticals)

The Post Coordinator will support and report directly to the Head of Post Production, assisting with the department's day-to-day tracking, organization, and operational needs. Responsibilities include tracking VFX, stock footage, and B-roll shots; organizing and maintaining project folders for music, SFX, GFX, and other post assets; tracking QC Specialist schedules, hours, and progress; performing cursory reviews of finished formatted shows; and reviewing titles on the app to confirm captions and other delivered elements display correctly. The Post Coordinator will maintain and update the launch calendar in the conference room, track equipment rentals, and maintain an accurate database of Post Production equipment, gear assets, and LTO archives. Additional responsibilities include updating IMDb information for completed titles, assisting with departmental documentation and tracking, identifying outstanding materials or potential workflow issues, and supporting the Head of Post Production with other post-related needs as they arise.
The position is full time and hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
Highly prefer candidates with similar experience in the vertical (microdrama) space.
