Post Producer (Assistant Editor)
Busy branding agency & post-production company in Marina del Rey seeks energetic and eager candidate for post production position.
Responsibilities shall include:
* Top to Bottom Project Management
* Ingesting and organization of tape and disk based assets
* Coordinating information & assets between clients and producers/ editors
* Scheduling deliveries/ pickups
* Versioning/ Tagging
* Quality Control, Tape layoffs and Digital file deliveries
* Final Cut Pro & AVID assistant editing
* Assisting Post Supervisor, Producers and Editors
* Assisting admin with hardware and software management at facility
* Daily lunch orders
* General office representative when receiving visitors
Mandatory:
-
* Proficient in both FinalCutPro & AVID
* Punctuality
* Organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Personable attitude and upbeat outlook
* Ability to interact with clients and coworkers in a professional manner
* Willingness to learn new things and rapidly adapt to different workflows
* Interest in learning about data networking
Experience with ProTools, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Excel, Word, Audio/Video, Apple Computers, and IT experience is very valuable.
