Personal Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

A private employer is seeking an experienced, highly capable Personal Assistant to provide hands-on day-to-day personal support. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is exceptionally organized, resourceful, discreet and comfortable managing a wide variety of personal needs and requests.

The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, has excellent judgment and genuinely enjoys making a busy person's life run smoothly. This position requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently and handle both routine tasks and unexpected requests with the same level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate personal appointments, reservations and scheduling
-Arrange travel, transportation and related logistics
-Handle errands, purchases, returns and gifting
-Research restaurants, travel, services, events and other personal requests
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers
-Assist with personal events, dinners and gatherings
-Track appointments, projects and follow-ups
-Handle changing priorities and last-minute requests
-Maintain complete discretion regarding confidential and personal matters
-Troubleshoot problems and find solutions independently

Qualifications:
-Previous professional Personal Assistant experience strongly preferred
-Exceptional organization and attention to detail
-Highly resourceful with a strong ability to figure things out independently
-Excellent judgment, discretion and common sense
-Proactive and able to anticipate needs
-Strong knowledge of Los Angeles
-Excellent communication and follow-through
-Professional, personable and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality


**Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant required.
