Personal Assistant

A Los Angeles based recording artist is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations, weekly scheduling, social media assistance, and overall workflow management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the music industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage and schedule weekly studio sessions (vocal recording, writing days, production, etc.)
• Coordinate availability with producers, engineers, videographers, glam teams, and other creatives
• Maintain a detailed weekly calendar and ensure sessions run smoothly and on time
• Serve as the main point of communication with collaborators and creative partners

Social Media Assistance
• Assist with content creation, including filming, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and generating ideas for short-form content
• Support with editing Reels/TikToks when needed
• Help brainstorm content ideas aligned with upcoming releases and brand direction
• Post and schedule content across major platforms
• Track engagement and offer basic insights to help refine content strategy

General Support
• Organize creative assets, photos, videos, files, and rollout materials
• Research trends, opportunities, and music-related content ideas
• Assist with travel coordination, event logistics, and performance preparation
• Accompany the artist to shoots, studio sessions, or events when needed

Ideal Candidate
• Must be based in Los Angeles (in-person role)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience in the music or entertainment industry
• Understands social media culture, trends, and artist branding
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Positive energy, solution-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs
• Comfortable in fast-paced creative environments
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive materials (NDA required)
