Personal Assistant to High Profile Individual
We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a high-profile client. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be in the office when not on the field, offering a balance between office-based responsibilities and hands-on support. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with high-profile individuals, coordinating complex travel, and managing private and corporate client needs. This role also involves domestic and international travel, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Complex Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including private transportation, flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel documents for high-profile clients.
-Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the client's complex calendar, including appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
-Office-Based Tasks: Handle administrative duties, correspondence, and planning from the office when not in the field.
-Client-Facing Responsibilities: Serve as a professional liaison on behalf of the client, interacting with corporate clients, vendors, and collaborators.
-Day-to-Day Assistance: Provide hands-on support for personal and professional needs, including errands, correspondence, and event preparation.
-Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of events, appearances, or media engagements.
-Technical Support: Ensure the client's devices and accounts are functional and up to date, with basic troubleshooting skills.
-Organization: Maintain meticulous records and systems for efficient access to information and resources.
-Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
-Proven track record working with high-profile individuals.
-Demonstrated experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, including private transportation and logistics.
-Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their unique needs.
-Hybrid Availability: Must be available to work in the office when not traveling or in the field.
-Flexibility: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
-Travel Ready: Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Word and G Suite email, calendar management tools, Itinerary creation, and basic technology troubleshooting.
-Professional Demeanor: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and client-facing presence.
-Reliable Transportation: Must own a reliable car and have a valid driver's license.
-Local Residence: Reside in West Hollywood or nearby areas for ease of accessibility.
-Positive Attitude: Energetic, solutions-driven, and able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role within the entertainment or hospitality industries for high profile individuals.
-Knowledge of celebrity culture and the entertainment industry.
-Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
-Articulate and has leadership skills
