Personal Assistant to LA Based Female Celebrity
LA based female celebrity is seeking an experienced Assistant to manage their daily affairs. Assistant will interface with high-profile individuals in the entertainment and business worlds - thus the utmost discretion and professionalism will be required. Candidates must be available immediately and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate travel itineraries and logistics, travel with celebrity when needed
-Manage business and personal/family calendars
-Arrange social engagements and vacations
-Manage personal/household staff and ensure household runs smoothly
-Helps run all social media platforms
-Run errands and shop for groceries, gifts, etc.
-Helps coordinate photo shoots - usually monthly
-Communicate with managers, agents, security, and other team members
Position is Full-Time. Pay starts $30/hr with room to grow. 40-50 hours/wk. Approved work expenses will be covered with cellphone and laptop provided.
Requirements:
- LA Based
- Must have own transportation
- MUST HAVE FOOD/COOKING RELATED EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in an assistant capacity supporting a high-profile individual
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented nature and ''exceptional'' organization skills
- Calm, composed demeanor with a fun personality
- Loves animals
- References available
- No at-home commitments. Need to be free to travel.
Salary/Benefits
$30.00 per hour
