Personal Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Seeking a personal assistant for a celebrity. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience as a personal assistant, preferably in the talent industry. Must be polished, professional, quick to learn, good with time management and excel at creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Handle scheduling for client's personal and professional life
Running errands (valid driver's license required)
May have to pick up client's children
Accompanying client occasionally for travel & events
Must be willing to appear on camera
Dress well and professionally

Preferred candidates have experience working with high profile individuals. In this job you must be able to rapidly adapt while maintaining strong attention to detail, expert level organization/filing skills, and good time management.
