Personal Assistant - High Profile Artist
Job Description:
Seeking Professional Personnel assistant
2 Years min experience with Celebrity / Recording Artist / High Profile Individual
Preference second language spoken
Must be detailed oriented and quick to follow through on all requests
''No Task to small'' work ethic
Must have valid ID and personal vehicle
PA represents client at all times - maintain professional, positive attitude & appearance,
Maintain no presence or a very low profile across all social media platforms
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Job tasks
Client Health Management: Trainer, Nutrition, Doc appointments etc
Manage clients personal / social calendar
Booking commercial & private flights, hotel, car service - there will be travel involved
Maintain client personal accounting / assist with bill paying
Responsible for making sure clients home, laundry / dry cleaning are in order
Manage clients storage inventory and shipments
Responsible for ambiance in clients studio and/or dressing room, meeting places.
Personal errands: Clothing, Groceries, Health store etc
Responsible for clients car washes, detail, fuel, DMV paperwork
