We are currently seeking a personal/administrative assistant for a NYC based entertainer. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years supporting a traveling entertainer in a personal and administrative capacity. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, takes initiative, is tactful and gracious under pressure. Confidentiality and trustworthiness are key in this role. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition and will be able to represent the brand of the entertainer well. Prioritizing, organizing, and attention to detail are all skills needed for this role. This is a full time role, requires a lot of travel and the need to be available 24/7.
Typical Duties: Stocking household, heavy email/text/call correspondence, first point of contact for the entertainer, coordinating house staff, booking travel, managing calendars, vendor management, package duties, keeping the entertainer on task and on time, research, coordinating with PR, glam/wardrobe teams, agents, and managers. Attending events with the principal, running personal errands, note taking and more.
