Personal Assistant to Recording Artist

This is a Part Time Job

Responsibilities:
• Part-time
• Drive the artist to/from studio, meetings, video/photo shoots, appointments, etc.
• Manage personal and social calendar for artist that may include doctor's appointments,
vehicle / home maintenance and reminders of personal events / matters
• Liaise with business team and artist's management
• Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
• Personal errands and tasks (including, but not limited to, groceries, dry cleaning, doctors
appts, etc)
• Responsible for making sure client's home is in order
• Event support (Wardrobe & personal matters)
• Help create content for socials and business-related tasks
• Sending/receiving packages
• Must be open to travel/touring

Qualifications:
• Based in Los Angeles, but client is primarily based in Washington state, so the role will
be partially remote
• Have a valid driver's license and updated passport
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks self-sufficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
