PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MUSIC ARTIST

Seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant for Music Artist with at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant for a high profile celebrity, preferably, in music.

Duties will be both personal and business related. Candidates must be available 24/7 as this is a lifestyle role. Candidates should have a positive, easy going, detail-oriented, and a proactive personality.

The ideal candidate has a passion for creativity and all things pop culture.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and social calendar for artist
- Liaise with business team and artist's day-to-day manager
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
- Personal errands and tasks for Artist (including, but not limited to groceries,
walking dog, clothing, etc.)
- Maintain personal accounting for artist
- Responsible for making sure clients home, laundry / dry cleaning are in order
- Create ambiance in Artist's studio, dressing room, etc.
- Drive the artist to and from meetings, video/photo shoots, appointments, etc.
(when needed)
- Booking and negotiating glam/styling
- Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time
*Pay is determined depending on experiences and qualifications
*Looking to start ASAP

Work Location:
- Based in Los Angeles, must be willing to travel
- must have a valid driver's license and updated passport.

*Bilingual and/or having a strong understanding of French culture & language is a major plus but not a requirement
