Recording artist seeks part-time personal assistant. Duties will include scheduling, grocery shopping, travel coordinating, home maintenance scheduling, driving, light cooking, personal errands, moving equipment, and more. Ideally, the assistant will work from the house one full day a week consistently but will be flexible to come in up to 2 full days a week, and also work some hours remotely, for a total of 20-30 hours a week.
The ideal candidate:
Has a ''no task too small'' attitude
Self-starter, able to anticipate artist's needs and manage a busy schedule
Act as a liaison between artist and management with respect to schedule
Must have valid driver license and dependable car
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and social media
Must be a great multitasker, problem solver, and maintain discretion
Can lift up to 40 lbs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Music industry experience preferred but not required
Dog and kid friendly - no responsibilities with dogs & kids, but they will be around
