Personal Assistant to Music Industry Figure

A high-profile Music Industry Figure is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the home he shares with his wife and child. This role requires a highly organized individual who can seamlessly handle a mix of personal support and administrative responsibilities. We are primarily looking for someone who has experience managing a household and performing Personal Assistant duties. Interest in entertainment is not necessary. Key Responsibilities:

Household/Studio (80%)
• Assist with daily errands and tasks
• Maintain upkeep of home and studio (stocking groceries, cleaning products, etc.)
• Track packages and ensure successful delivery to home
• Coordinate with contractors for necessary maintenance
• Accommodate the arrival of guests

Administrative (20%)
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule meetings and manage calendar
• Act as a main point of contact and handle email correspondence
• Review monthly credit card statements

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year Personal assistant experience required (preferably high-profile talent or executive)*
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Interest in a long-term position
Valid driver's license required
