Personal Assistant to Director

This is a Full Time Job

Busy film director seeks an LA-based, in office personal assistant. Must have valid passport, and be willing to temporarily move abroad for production. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, ability to manage complex day-to-day schedule coordination, and navigate the constantly shifting creative priorities of working on a studio film. Knowledge of Adobe and Google Suites ideal. Prior experience as a director's assistant or 1-2 years of agency experience preferred, but not required.
