Need a full time PA for a creative family

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/House manager for a creative family of four on the Westside. The candidate must like kids and cats. You must be fluent in Google Workspace, have a valid passport, driver's license, a clean driving record, and a car.

Fully available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM- Hybrid in office/remote. Please live within close proximity to Culver City. While the position is hybrid, you must be able to get to the property quickly when needed.

Occasional limited after-hours or weekend support

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day executive and personal support for the Wife, including calendars, scheduling, documents, shopping, logistics, creative projects, managing school calendars, and assisting with wardrobe for special events, including hiring a glam squad.

Manage day-to-day personal support for the Husband, including shopping, setting up for clients, on-set support (photo shoots or video shoots), and coordinating with the Chief of Staff on all scheduling.

Oversee house staff in coordination with the Chief of Staff (Housekeeper, Nanny, Pond Maintenance, Landscapers, Auto Detailers, etc.) and partner closely with the nanny and household staff on schedules, childcare logistics, and home operations.

Assist the family in their search for a new home (with their team of realtors) and then, once a new home is purchased, oversee the move

Assist the Chief of Staff with planning family vacations, coordinating domestic and international travel

Coordinate kids' birthday parties, family holiday parties, and events at the house

Handle errands and household purchasing

Schedule mobile auto detailing and handle car repair/maintenance appointments

Schedule mobile pet grooming monthly, and pet sitters when the family travels

Create yearly family photobooks in Shutterfly

Maintain systems for property maintenance and operations, and ensure home repairs get handled immediately by regularly surveying the home and outdoor spaces for items that need repair and having them addressed by hiring a handyman, plumber, contractor, licensed repair person, or TaskRabbit.

Schedule Forecasting: Constantly looking a month ahead to flag birthdays or special events where gifts or special wardrobe will be required

Ideal Profile

Experienced in supporting creatives and managing households; Highly organized, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented

Calm, service-driven, adaptable, and comfortable around children, discreet, trustworthy, resourceful, efficient, kind, and open-minded

Fluency in Spanish is requested but not required

Able to handle big personalities and the chaos of working with creatives with grace
