Part-Time Personal Asst / House Manager
Schedule: Flexible, weekday availability preferred

Overview
Looking for a dependable, proactive Personal Assistant / House Manager to support the day-to-day running of the household. This role is primarily hands-on and operational-focused on errands, grocery shopping, light meal prep, and keeping household systems running smoothly for a busy entertainment executive and two small dogs.
Responsibilities
Household Operations
• Run household errands (grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, pickups)
• Maintain household supplies and restock as needed
• Coordinate and be present for household services (cleaners, repairs, deliveries)
• Keep the home organized and functioning day to day
• Overnight dog sitting while the executive is travelling
• Anticipate household needs and handle them proactively
Grocery & Meal Support
• Grocery shopping and pantry/fridge upkeep
• Light meal prep (washing/chopping produce, simple meals, batch prep)
• Follow provided meal plans or basic dietary guidelines
• Clean up after meal prep (no deep cleaning)
Project Support
• Assist with household projects (organizing spaces, seasonal resets, prepping for guests)
• Help research and coordinate vendors or supplies for home-related projects
• Support short-term tasks as they arise
Qualifications
• Experience in household management, family assistant, or similar role
• Organized, efficient, and physically comfortable with errands and light lifting
• Self-directed with strong follow-through
• Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
• Must like and be comfortable with dogs, animal lover preferred!
