Animation and games producer is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Personal Assistant and Household/Office Manager. This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work on-site. As a Personal Assistant - Household Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the home office and as well as in the household,ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments, making necessary arrangements and adjustments as required
Coordinate and oversee household operations, including managing staff, organizing maintenance tasks, and handling various administrative tasks
Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, dry cleaning, and other ad-hoc requests
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial records
Coordinate and supervise household projects, renovations, and repairs
Organize and maintain personal and household documents, files, and records
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the employer
Provide personal support, including researching and booking appointments, coordinating personal events, and managing personal commitments
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Familiarity with household management, including basic knowledge of home maintenance and management systems
Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including MS Office suite, google workspace, and social media
Flexible availability to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
