About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Personal Assistant & Content Coordinator to support a high-profile talent across day-to-day activities, content creation, and travel.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a recent college graduate or someone early in their career looking to gain experience in the entertainment, music, and social media industries.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, social media savvy, and comfortable working in dynamic environments, from everyday errands and content shoots to live DJ performances and events.

Key Responsibilities

Personal & Talent Support

* Assist with day-to-day scheduling, errands, organization, and general personal assistant responsibilities.
* Support travel logistics, event preparation, and on-site coordination.
* Accompany talent to DJ performances, appearances, shoots, and other work-related events as needed.
* Anticipate needs, troubleshoot last-minute changes, and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information and working in private or high-profile environments.

Content Creation & Social Media

* Assist with capturing behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Film high-quality content using an iPhone and assist with basic photography and video production.
* Stay up to date on social media trends, trending sounds, and content formats.
* Support content brainstorming, execution, and organization.
* Assist with editing short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar platforms.
* Help coordinate content capture during travel, DJ shows, events, and everyday activities.

Qualifications

* Based in Los Angeles with flexibility to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
* Previous experience assisting talent, influencers, celebrities, or working in entertainment, music, or similar environments preferred.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
* Comfortable filming content on an iPhone and using basic video editing software.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional, discreet, and comfortable working under NDAs and maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
* Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
