Personal and Office Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

High profile, award-winning filmmakers looking for a personal assistant to help manage their busy schedule and keep their day-to-day organized. Position will be full time, based out of their NY production office, and also involve some office management assistance, coordinating with production staff to keep the office organized and production on multiple film and series projects running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
-Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
-Understand how to prioritize multiple tasks
-Able to handle confidential information with discretion
-Experience with managing a busy schedule
-General knowledge of the independent film space, and a familiarity with production workflow
-Prior assistant experience strongly preferred.
