Job Description: is looking for a paralegal for its music practice. The job will include music publishing administration, negotiating and drafting talent clearances, master and synch licenses, due diligence for catalog acquisitions and sales, producer and mixer agreements and various other types of legal documents on behalf of both artist and corporate clients. This job is full-time in the office.
Job Requirements: Minimum three years experience at a record label or publisher in licensing or legal/business affairs or in a music law practice. Bachelor of Arts degree and excellent writing skills. Solid knowledge of copyright principles.
