OVERVIEW
We're seeking a seasoned Paid Media Strategist to join our marketing team. You'll own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Reddit, Twitter, and other key platforms. You thrive in an agency-like environment working across multiple media properties, know how to stretch a budget, and have a proven track record managing more than $1M+ in yearly spends to drive measurable ROI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Setup:
-Develop holistic paid media strategies aligned with brand goals and KPIs.Architect campaign structures-campaigns, ad sets, and creative units-across Meta, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads where appropriate.
Audience & Targeting:
-Build and refine audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and interest data.Leverage lookalike, custom, and retargeting audiences to scale efficient reach and conversion.
Budget Management & Optimization:
-Manage and pace a spend of $1M+, allocating across channels and projects for maximum impact.Continuously analyze performance metrics, A/B test creatives and targeting, and reallocate budgets in real time to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
Creative Collaboration:
-Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and copy.
-Translate performance insights into data-driven creative recommendations.
Measurement & Reporting:
-Set up and maintain tracking (Pixels, Conversion APIs, UTM standards).
-Build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting insights and optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
-Work closely with Marketing, Production, and Platform teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years in a digital marketing or media agency role, managing paid social and programmatic campaigns.
• Direct experience running and scaling campaigns on Meta, Reddit, Twitter, and ideally TikTok or LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets of $1M+ yearly budgets, with strong ROI/CAC improvements.
• Deep understanding of ad platform mechanics, bidding strategies, and audience-building tactics.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent BI platforms) and ad reporting dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data in clear, actionable terms.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Facebook and Google Ads certification(s).
• Familiarity with conversion API integrations and server-side tracking.
• Experience with programmatic DSPs or Google DV360.
• Background in e-commerce, subscription services, or entertainment media.
• Strong Excel/SQL skills for in-depth data analysis.
