Paid Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Paid Internship


Boutique Hair & Make-up Agency is looking for a part-time Intern to support its Agents. The role includes research, project tracking, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, outreach and general support.

This internship is a paid internship working from our Hollywood office. This is an in-person internship - no remote work. Schedule is flexible, working approximately 10 hours per week @ $18 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help develop and maintain marketing materials, creating GIFs, drafting e-mails to include artist information to potential clients
• Researching internet, social media to identifying photographs, projects and representation contact
• Create, maintain and update on a regular basis the artist ''wish list''

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Interest in a career related to talent management, agency, public relations
• Ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with current talent roster
• An independent self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Strategic and creative thinker able to align department with overall company business goals
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal)
• Must be proactive, resourceful, self-starter and efficient
