About the job (Paid Internship)
New, NYC-based Theatrical Production Company (committed to producing art created and performed by BIPOC artists) is seeking motivated, creative candidates for an 8-week paid internship. The digital marketing administrative assistant aids the day-to-day administrative duties of an executive producer, including both virtual and in-person responsibilities. With a focus on digital marketing, it is important this candidate has a strong background in social media management and is familiar with associated editing software.
Detailed Job Description:
Part-time working schedule (20-30 hours/week)
8-week term (extension TBD)
Hourly pay
This will be an onsite position, proof of vaccination will be required to be considered for the position. All CDC guidelines will be in place at the work location.
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
A passion for the performing arts
2+ years of social media management experience (multiple platforms)
Basic knowledge of podcasting content management & scheduling
Strong administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or similar applications)
Proficiency in Google Suites
Great time management and organizational skills
