Our team is hoping to add an Operations Coordinator who will support the growing workload of two business development executives by overseeing calendars and the administration of client functions, opportunities (bids) and managing the client base.
This is a great opportunity for a previous BDR/SDR and or high level executive assistant who has 5+ years serving C suite executives.
- Mandatory Skills & Experience -
• Microsoft Outlook/Email/Calendar fluent
• Entertainment background
• High Emotional IQ (please define this and your understanding of this in your cover letter)
• 5+ years of C Suite communication experience
• Prior Hospitality experience (server, bartender, flight attendant, etc)
- Desirable Skills & Experience -
• SalesForce fluency
• QuickBooks and AirTable familiarity
• Career Assistant who understands the critical role they play in growing a business
• Deep familiarity with Los Angeles from the ocean to deep valley
• Post production knowledge
- Helpful Attributes
• Available in 2 weeks or sooner
• Stable and clear career life goals
• Consummate and active learner
• Diverse and varied background of life experience
