On Camera Assistant

Busy and exciting New York City Talent Agency seeks assistant for agent in the On-Camera and Comedy department. Unique opportunity to work with a wide range of actors for commercials and comedians/comedic actors for tv/film, festivals, etc. Full time, 9:30am - 6:30 pm Mon-Fri. (hybrid office scheduling).

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, assisting Agent's with projects, maintaining contracts, proper office protocol, fax, basic computer skills, Internet research, direct contact with agents, talent, and casting directors etc.

Required knowledge with PC computer, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, basic phone protocol.

First consideration will be given to applicants with knowledge in casting programs such as Casting Networks, Frontier Casting, Now Casting and Breakdown Services. Knowledge of the entertainment software InEntertainment a huge plus. Interest in comedy is also a plus.
