This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level, one-year position providing administrative office and errand support to the Tribeca-based Executive Office of a Film & TV Production Company. There should be no expectation of continued employment upon completion of this one-year engagement.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and communicate closely with the Los Angeles-based executive team regarding short-term priorities, long-term projects, and time-sensitive requests.
* Work daily in conjunction with offsite staff, providing accurate and timely updates regarding schedules, logistics, events, and daily movements.
* Organize materials, maintain records, and coordinate logistics related to creative projects in various stages of development.
* Track assignments diligently and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly, accurately, and on time with minimal follow-up.
* Prioritize competing requests and effectively manage changing priorities throughout the day.
* Handle incoming calls and communications with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
* Take detailed notes, transcribe meetings and calls accurately, and draft, proofread, and edit written materials with a high degree of precision.
* Greet guests and provide a polished, professional hospitality experience that reflects the standards of the company.
* Serve as a point of contact for high-profile talent, representatives, business partners, and visitors while consistently exercising diplomacy, discretion, and strong professional judgment.
* Support the coordination of meetings, schedules, travel, events, and special projects as assigned.
* Assist with conference room setup, presentations, audiovisual connectivity, and basic technology troubleshooting.
* Provide proactive in-person support to executives and colleagues as needed.
* Anticipate operational needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and take initiative to help resolve them efficiently.
* Perform additional errands, deliveries, administrative, operational, and project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* 0-1 year of full-time professional experience
* Currently residing in New York City and available to work onsite in Tribeca office 5 days per week.
* Summer Internship or Page experience within the entertainment industry.
* Strong skills with standard office technology (e.g., MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, Box, AirTable, etc.)
Schedule & Location
* Full-time, onsite in Tribeca, New York City.
* Typical office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., though schedules may vary based on business needs.
* Additional evening and weekend work will be required as needed.
* Candidates should expect a demanding environment that requires flexibility, responsiveness, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude.
